Leonid Radvinsky, the billionaire owner of OnlyFans, died of cancer on or before 23 March 2026 at the age of 43. "Leo passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer," a company spokesperson said, adding that his family had requested privacy.
Radvinsky, a Ukrainian-born US citizen, acquired OnlyFans in 2018. The platform became one of the most financially significant businesses in the adult content industry, built on a creator subscription model. Forbes estimated his net worth at $4.7bn at the time of his death. Before OnlyFans, he had made earlier money operating adult websites he began building as a teenager.
OnlyFans is a private company and has not disclosed revenue figures publicly on a regular basis. The platform is best known for subscriptions to adult content creators, though it has periodically attempted to broaden its appeal to mainstream creators.
No information on succession or ownership arrangements has been made public.
