Bartiromo had been with Fox News Media for 12.5 years, hosting 'Mornings with Maria' on Fox Business Network and 'Maria Bartiromo's Wall Street'.
The final episode of 'Mornings with Maria' aired Thursday morning, the same day the separation was announced.
Fox News Media's statement read: "We thank Maria for her work over the last 12½ years and wish her all the best on her next chapter."
The departure leaves two regular Fox Business slots without a host, raising near-term scheduling and talent questions for the network.

Fox Business Network faces a near-term ratings and advertiser vulnerability as two anchor slots open simultaneously, with no announced replacement for a host who drove morning business news viewership for 12.5 years. Business-news advertising is concentrated in morning dayparts; unanchored slots historically see audience erosion that takes multiple ratings cycles to recover. FOXA carries limited direct financial exposure given Fox Business's contribution to total revenue, but the departure removes a differentiated draw in a segment where CNBC and Bloomberg compete for the same advertiser base.
